Hands-On Cleaning Franchise
Location
IPG Cleaning Franchises are currently available in Central Florida and the Florida Gulf Coast areas: Englewood, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs & Venice Beach.
Duties
There are two main duties involved in running an IPG Cleaning Franchise: cleaning short-term vacation properties and inspecting those properties for damage following every guest departure. Cleaning and inspecting is not limited to the inside of the property. Properties with pool areas also need to be cleaned and inspected. Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to, vaccuming carpets, mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, clearing up trash, doing laundry for bed linens and towels, cleaning the inside of apppliances, making all beds, and tidying up so that everything looks neat and organized. Inspecting includes walking through each property room by room, including the pool area if applicable, and reporting any damage to the property manager. Additionally, there may be opportunities for mid-stay cleans at the guests' request and seasonal deep cleans (a more-thorough clean of the property).
Training
While it may seem pretty straight foward to clean and inspect a property, there are standards that must be met to ensure each guest gets the same level of cleanliness. There is also easy-to-use software that requires some training. All training is included and lasts a week.
Cost
The cost for an IPG cleaning franchise starts at $99,000 This includes 25 contracts (properties) that the franchise will clean and inspect. It does not include the cost of any supplies (cleaning supplies, car/truck/van, etc.) that the franchisee may need.
E-2 Visa
Buying an IPG cleaning franchsies supports the E-2 Visa application, which will allow you or your client and their immediate family to live and work in America.
Expansion
The franchisee is not restricted to the 25 or more contracts that are included in the price. The franchisee is free to seek out new contracts on their own so that their business grows and their revenue increases.
